SANTA ANA, Calif. – August 1, 2016 – Martin Aviation, a leader in turbine aircraft maintenance at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, is offering FREE month-to-month ramp parking through a new program called MartinCare. Developed as a direct response to the increasing costs associated with operating turbine aircraft in Southern California, the innovative program can be a game changing option for many jet operators.
“We’re excited to be in a unique position to offer a substantial cost-saving alternative to those wishing to base their turbine aircraft at KSNA,” said Martin Aviation President Mark Foster. “Through the new MartinCare program, jet operators are able to immediately realize a maintenance credit equal to 100% of their ramp rental fees, effectively eliminating their month-to-month parking expense, putting a significant dent in their operating costs.”
Through the new MartinCare program, maintenance credits are earned upon payment of each month’s ramp parking fee and are redeemable on subsequent Martin Aviation maintenance invoices. Credits remain valid for a period of 24 months, making the MartinCare program an obvious cost-reducing choice. Additional benefits to program participants include a discounted rate on oxygen and nitrogen servicing.
As one of the region’s premier executive aircraft maintenance and repair operations, Martin Aviation’s rich history dates back to 1923. Eddie Martin started the original operation just blocks away in a dirt field at the corner of Main Street and Newport Boulevard with a fresh pilot certificate in hand, signed by Orville Wright. Over 90 years later, Martin Aviation is one of the longest continuously operated aviation businesses in the world, and is recognized as the only fully staffed purpose-designed and operated turbine aircraft maintenance facility at John Wayne Airport.
